This product is a responsive and fully agent-focused UI with 5 sections.
- Dashboard is where the agent can see his/her live performance.
- Interaction Centre (IC) which displays the inbound and outbound messages from Voice, SMS, Livechat, Email and Social Media.
- Reports is where managers get insights into their team/company, and their metrics.
- Contacts is the place where agents and managers find clients' details.
- Administration is where managers can configure the infinite possibilities of their product usage.
